Terms & Conditions

SaJa Travel is the brand of the Portuguese company Happy Sardine Lda,  fiscal nr. 516163485 and head office at “Rua da Moura Lidia, Lote 4, N’14, Letra O, 8125-449 Quarteira”,  Telephone 00 351 – 933 824 246, email address: info@sajatravel.com, license for the commercial activity number 20/2021, issued by TP, IP (Portuguese Tourism Board). When you make your booking and make a payment, that signifies your understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Bookings:

Bookings are only received by email or directly from SaJa Travel web page. Phone bookings are not allowed. For the booking to be considered, you need to make a payment through PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer of 50% of the total value. Site bookings need 100% of the payment. The second 50% of the payment can be done up to 10 days before the date booked, or in exceptional situations, in cash on the event day.

The booking will be final as soon as the first payment is received. The deposit is a refundable payment.

Cancellations:

Cancellation by the client can be made up to 5 days before the date booked in case of Private Tours. In the case of Private Tours, we strongly recommend that you take travel insurance. If possible, SaJa Travel will try to transfer the reservation to an acceptable alternative date. If the cancellation has to be done by SaJa Travel because of circumstances beyond its control, including sickness, accidents, travel delays, weather, strikes, war, or civil disturbance, then alternative dates will be offered, or a full refund of the fees already paid will be made.

Insurance:

The vehicles, provided by SaJa Travel, is fully insured against accidents, third-party liability, and personal injury due to negligence by SaJa Travel. No liability is accepted by SaJa Travel for personal accidents or loss, or damage to the property of the client if rules and safety advice are ignored.

 

Other conditions:

In the interests of comfort and safety, smoking is not permitted in the vehicles.
The client will not bring any illegal drugs or any contraband on board.

If you have any complaints, you should raise them at the very first opportunity with your driver/guide or the office staff. If you are not satisfied with the action taken, you should then immediately contact the management of SaJa Travel.
